During this talk I will share how I structure my creative business in a way that allows it to grow sustainably. I will walk you through the practical framework I use to design my offers, plan my year, and determine my pricing.
We will look at how to build your services using a pyramid system: how to create different types of offers, how to structure them in a way that supports your income goals, and how to plan your year around them. I will also explain how I calculate what I need to earn and how I translate that into concrete packages and pricing.
By using simple systems like these, I was able to increase my revenue by 40%.
The goal of this session is to give creatives practical tools to bring more clarity and structure into their business, while still leaving room for creativity and freedom.
